President Mark Relouw is excited to announce that Mark Peck has joined the Exacon Team as General Manager.
Mark brings over 27 years of hands-on, senior-level experience in operations, engineering, and complex project delivery. Throughout his career, he has focused on growing operational divisions, leading high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement through Lean practices. His work has helped organizations better support their customers through reliable products, efficient service, and long-term partnerships.
Mark holds an Executive MBA in Innovation Leadership, a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, and a diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology.
Over the years, Mark has been active in the community, having previously volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and served as a coach for London Special Olympics.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and son, and as avid sports fans, they enjoy watching the Toronto Raptors, Blue Jays, and Maple Leafs on TV and in the stands.
