Mark Relouw
President
Mark has been with Exacon Inc. from the very beginning. Mark is the active President and is very much involved in the day-to-day responsibilities of managing the business. He graduated from Fanshawe College with a diploma in Business Marketing.
He resides in Grand Bend with his family and enjoys both camping and paddle-boarding in his spare time.
Patty Relouw
Vice-President
Patty is the Vice-President with experience in finance as well as functional knowledge in human resource. She joined the family run business in 2008 and continues to promote and support the values that Exacon Inc. has included in its business vision statement. Patty’s focus on community collaboration has given her a number of volunteer opportunities and community leadership roles. Patty graduated from Fanshawe College with a diploma in Business Administration concentrating in Accounting, later to continue and pursue her CHRP designation.
With interests in running, community involvement and family, Patty enjoys all aspects of her lifestyle.
Brian Loubert
Manager, Finance and Accounting
Brian joined the business in 2017 as Manager, Finance and Administration. After graduating from Western University with a B.Sc. Computer Science, he obtained two accounting designations CA and CMA prior to becoming a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). Brian brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous experience as a business leader in Agriculture, Manufacturing, and Property Management Companies. He especially likes working with staff to promote Health & Safety best practices, training and development goals and coordinating COOP student’s placements. Brian also volunteers as a Financial Literacy lecturer and coach and mentors aspiring candidates to become CPAs.
He likes riding his bicycle with his wife and friends in the annual London to Grand Bend (and back) MS Bike Ride fundraising event and is active in the community supporting other charity events. Most of all, Brian enjoys activities with his children and young grandchildren along with his yellow lab Hudson!
Mike (Mouse) Masse
Plant Manager
Mike joined Exacon Inc. in 1998. He manages our production team, organizes the production scheduling, arranges all of the daily delivery vehicles, and receives all incoming inventory. Mike takes pride in offering the prompt delivery service to our dealer network.
He lives on a farm in St. Joseph with his wife Dianne and enjoys working on the family fruit and vegetable farm. Mike and Dianne have 4 children and 9 grand-children.
Carly Van Mierlo
Supply Chain Coordinator
Carly joined Exacon Inc. in 2024. Carly has over 10 years business experience in various roles in inventory, purchasing and logistics. Carly has her Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP) designation and Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
Carly lives in Exeter Ontario where she recently built a new home.
Dianne Masse
Office Administrator
Dianne joined Exacon Inc. in 1998. She earned a diploma in Business Administration from Fanshawe College and has been working in an office atmosphere for 30 years. Dianne’s ambition for knowledge has made her a respected asset to our front office team.
Dianne lives on a farm in St. Joseph with her husband Mike (Mouse). She enjoys all summer sports and working on the family fruit and vegetable farm.
Randy Mathers
Inside Sales
Randy joined Exacon in 2021. Randy has over twenty years valuable experience in sales, production and inventory management. In his time away from the office Randy is handy with tools and takes on many home projects.
He lives in Exeter with his German Shepherd Monte.
Tanya Deschamps
Accounting and Marketing Assistant
Tanya joined Exacon Inc. in 2018 as a front office team member. She has worked in an office atmosphere for 18 years and brings with her experience from a wide array of business sectors, including collections, vehicle leasing and retail management.
Tanya lives in Zurich with her husband Mark and son Spencer. In her time away from the office, Tanya enjoys yoga, knitting, gardening, hunting and fishing.
Bill Mawson
Sales Representative
Bill joined Exacon Inc. in 1996. He was first hired in production, then moved to service technician, and now is a member of our sales team. He has close to 25 years of knowledge with Exacon Inc. product lines.
Bill lives in Parkhill with his wife Eileen and children.
Jim Cameron
Sales Representative
Jim joined Exacon Inc. in 2014. Jim has many years of agricultural expertise. He spent 18 years working full-time at a large farrow to finish operation, and after that he sold and serviced livestock equipment at a large dealership for 12 years.
Kevin Campbell
Dealer Service Representative
Kevin joined Exacon Inc. in 2023. Kevin has over 30 years of experience working in and managing large livestock operations. When he is not working Kevin enjoys hunting, fishing and camping. He is also kept busy with 3 children and 10 grand children.
